Who runs this website
Reforge UI is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with Samsung Electronics.
The project has not yet published its operator’s legal identity. This notice will be updated when those details are available.
Information and its use
This website has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups or payment forms. We do not ask you to submit personal information through the site. We do not sell personal information.
When you load a page, hosting infrastructure necessarily receives technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Technical records may be processed to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose failures. The intended basis for this limited processing is the legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website, subject to applicable law.
The website does not collect information from your phone’s ROM or access files on your device. A download terms checkbox is held in page memory and is not submitted to a server or saved as a consent record.
Hosting and providers
The site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process network and request information as part of hosting, delivery and security. We have not added a separate application logging service or a visitor database.
Provider processing can involve locations outside the UK or European Economic Area. Applicable arrangements and safeguards depend on the hosting contract and services in use. See Vercel’s privacy notice and data processing addendum for its published information.
Payments
Reforge Supporter payments are not live. This site does not collect payment information or store raw card details. Before payment functionality launches, this notice will identify the payment provider, information processed, purposes and relevant retention arrangements.
External links
External services have their own privacy practices. Following a link may share normal connection information with that service. Review its privacy notice before providing personal information. This notice does not cover third-party communities, downloads or payment services.
Retention and security
There is no website user database to retain. Infrastructure records are subject to the hosting provider’s applicable settings and retention arrangements; a specific retention period for this project has not yet been confirmed. Records should only be kept for as long as needed for their stated purpose or legal obligations.
We aim to minimise the information handled and keep the site’s dependencies maintained. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object to processing, or receive certain information in a portable form. These rights are not absolute. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for people with the technical knowledge needed to understand custom software. It does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. No account registration, profiling or age-based marketing is provided.
